Returns & Exchanges

At JUDITH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JUDITH account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
